We want to be busy year round. We love making wholesome and delicious food in our little factory. We want to create jobs for our staff that they can rely on year round. These roasted rainbow carrots are as delicious as they look! The perfect recipe when beautiful bunches of fresh carrots are available from the garden or farmers’ markets. Of course, you can also make them with any orange carrots or even peeled little carrots without tops. Let the feta and greens make them divine. Honey Orange Ricotta

A delicious lightly sweetened ricotta dip perfect with fruit or as a topping for French Toast, crepes, waffles, sweet biscuits, strawberry shortcake, oatmeal, a base for fruit pizza, and so on. It’s easy to make and it’s absolutely delicious! Ingredients: 1 cup Chaeban Artisan Ricotta 1-2 Tbsp liquid honey 1 Tbsp orange zest Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together ricotta, honey, and orange zest.
